Customer Online is where you can view and manage your health insurance policy in a few simple clicks.

Many of our customers love the convenience of managing their policy online. Here are just a few of the reasons why:

Why use Customer Online?

View your policy documents

All your key documents relating to your policy will be stored in one central place, including your policy summary and membership pack, meaning if you ever need to access information quickly, you know where to go.

Track your policy allowances

Customer Online allows you to keep track of how much of your policy allowances you’ve used in any given year, and how much you have remaining still.

Keep track of your claims

All your claims will be tracked on Customer Online, providing you an up to date reference of where your claim currently is. It will also notify you of any outstanding documents required in order to move your claim quicker!

Contact us via our online Message Centre

Our secure messaging system gives you the option to contact us online, as well as upload any documents relating to your policy.

How to register for Customer Online?

For new policyholders

When speaking to your dedicated Account Manager, mention that you would like to receive your documents online. You'll then receive a welcome email, followed by a Customer Online registration email, within 48 hours of your policy going live.

For existing policyholders

Simply click on the register now button below and follow the steps to complete your registration. You’ll need your membership number, which can be found on your policy documentation (This will be in the format HOL/X000000).
